  Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you,” “member”) and The Sustainable Creative Society LLC (“SCS,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box at checkout and joining The Sustainable Creative Society™ Mentorship Program, you agree to everything below.

  1. What your membership includes

Your membership gives you access to the SCS community, a monthly live Career Strategy: Live Session with Juliana, a new masterclass each month, the replay library, the members-only podcast, the Become Your Own CEO™ digital bundle, and the other resources we make available as the community grows. Specific offerings may evolve over time as we improve the experience.

  1. Payment & billing

Membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout. You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments per that plan; a payment plan is not a month-to-month arrangement, and if payments are missed or late, access may be paused or ended.

  1. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime after your first initial month, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Because this is digital intellectual property delivered immediately, all payments are non-refundable, whether paid in full or on a plan, and regardless of how much of the program you use. Your membership is personal to you and non-transferable.

  1. Your commitments

This community runs on trust and shared responsibility. By joining, you agree to:

  •  Participate honestly and take ownership of your own results — we provide the education, tools, and support; your outcomes depend on your own action.
  •  Follow the Community Guidelines at all times.
  •  Never pitch, promote, sell, drop links, or solicit other members or DM them with an agenda inside the community. Trust is our currency and this protects it.
  1. Confidentiality

What is shared inside the community stays inside the community. This is a space for honest growth, and we ask every member to protect the privacy of what others share.

  1. Intellectual property & recordings

All content, materials, trainings, and sessions provided by SCS are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own development only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, share, sell, or distribute our content, in any form, unless we explicitly say a specific resource is yours to share. You may not record any part of a live session by audio or video without our prior written consent. SCS may record its own sessions (see the Privacy Policy for how recordings are used).

  1. Your data & privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By joining, you consent to that handling and to receiving email communications from The Sustainable Creative Society™ LLC about the program.

  1. Disclaimers

SCS provides education, mentorship, and community. Our services are not counseling, therapy, financial advice, accounting, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for any of those. We do not guarantee any particular financial, career, or other result — your progress depends on your own implementation. All warranties, including implied warranties, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here creates an employment, contractor, or agency relationship between you and SCS.

  1. Platforms

We deliver the program through third-party platforms (currently Kajabi, plus tools such as Zoom and HelloAudio). You are responsible for your own internet access and devices. If a platform we use becomes unavailable, we will provide an alternative within a reasonable time; a platform outage does not entitle you to a refund or discount.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCS is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, business, or goodwill, or for any indirect, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Your use of the program is at your own discretion and responsibility.

  1. Removal from the program

We may remove any member who is disruptive, solicits other members, or breaks the Community Guidelines. We protect the community first and follow the guidelines strictly. A member removed for a breach is removed immediately with no refund.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our program evolves or as the law requires. We’ll post the current version and update the effective date; continued membership after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts of Arizona, and the parties waive trial by jury to the extent permitted by law.

  1. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between us. Electronic acceptance and copies count as originals.
