THE SUSTAINABLE CREATIVE SOCIETY™
Privacy Policy
effective September 1, 2026 · how we protect your information
Â
The Sustainable Creative Society LLC (“SCS,” “we,” “us”), based in Scottsdale, Arizona, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our community, and our program.
- Information we collect
- Â Information you give us: your name, email, and the responses you share in our intake form and community (including anything optional you choose to share, like birth details for astrology/human-design coaching).
-  Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We don’t store your full card details.
- Â Activity information: how you use the community, which sessions and content you engage with, collected through our platform.
- Â Recordings: the opening portion of live sessions may be recorded (see section 6).
- Â Automatic information: our platform and website use cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand usage.
- How we use your information
We use your information only to run and improve the program: to give you access, personalize your experience and Juliana’s response to your intake, communicate with you, process payments, keep the community safe, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information — ever.
- Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run SCS — our community platform (Kajabi), our payment processor, our email and podcast tools, and our video platform (Zoom) — and only so they can perform their services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
- Cookies
Our website and platform use cookies to work properly and to understand how the community is used. If you visit from the EU/EEA, you’ll be asked to consent to non-essential cookies, and you can manage your preferences at any time.
- How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as you’re a member and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping needs — then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 7).
- Recordings & your image
To create replays and teaching content, we record the opening, structured portion of our live sessions. The open, conversational part of each session is intentionally not recorded, so members can speak freely. By participating on camera or in chat during the recorded portion, you consent to that recording being used for SCS community content and marketing. If you’d prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and we’ll respect that. Recordings are either processed by Zoom LLC or Kajabi LLC. We delete it from their platforms periodically, but we are not liable for any third party breaches that happen on those platforms.
- Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to stop using it for a given purpose, at any time. If you’re in the EU/EEA, you have full rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority. If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don’t sell). To exercise any right, email us at [email protected] and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
- How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards and trusted platforms to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take your privacy seriously and limit access to your information to those who need it to serve you.
- International members
SCS is based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you join from outside the US, you consent to that transfer, and we handle your data in line with this policy and applicable law, including the GDPR for EU/EEA members.
- Children
SCS is for professional industry adults. Our program and community are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from minors.
- Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We’ll post the current version with a new effective date, and significant changes will be communicated to members.
